Data we process

Depending on the features you use, we process:

• The identifier provided by your authentication method (email address, Apple ID, or Google ID).
• The content you create: lists, items, recipes, order preparations.
• Text, URLs, or images you submit to voice dictation, receipt capture, or recipe import features.
• For the Chrome extension: an authentication token stored locally and, upon your explicit click, the URL and content of the web page you choose to save.
• Minimal technical logs (error codes, latency) to keep the service running properly.

Purposes and legal basis

This data is used to provide the service (creation, synchronization, and sharing of your lists and recipes) and to keep it secure. The legal basis is the performance of the service contract, supplemented by your consent for optional features (dictation, capture).

Technical subprocessors

To operate the service, we rely on technical subprocessors in the following categories: hosting and network infrastructure, AI processing, real-time sync, authentication, transactional email, and web search. The main service hosting is located in the European Union. Some subprocessors are based outside the EU; transfers rely on the safeguards provided by each respective provider.

Your data is neither sold nor transferred for commercial purposes. No advertising tracker or behavioral analytics tool is used.

Data retention

Your data is kept as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the app; your data is then erased within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any applicable legal retention obligations.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability over your data. To exercise them, write to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may file a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.

This policy may be updated; the date at the top of the document indicates the current version.
